Monotone Oil Paintings
Monotone painting is a method using only one colour plus white to create a tonal study that can create a very powerful portrait.
Although most people think of monotone as being only black and white you can create a tonal study using any colour plus white.

Materials
All of Jessica's oil paintings are created using artist quality oil paints onto canvas.
You can choose between a deep edge canvas or a shallow edge depending on whether or not you wish to have the art work framed.
A deep edge canvas can be hung straight onto the wall and does not need a frame. A shallow edge canvas is ideal if you want to frame the piece before you hang.
